While meandering around Price Park on the Blue Ridge Parkway, I managed to find a babbling brook of sorts inbetween a grove of trees. The light was low and really gave the water this spectacular metallic effect. I love the contrast between the blues and golds.

The majority of these photos were taken on the Blue Ridge Parkway. I feel very fortunate to live in the mountains of North Carolina, especially since I have such a beautiful playground to take my camera to!
